I found Councilor Williams to be extremely hostile against this business owner without one single documented evidence to support this nuissance claim. His hostility was so obvious that he leveraged other unrelated issues with his condescending comments and attempts to embarrass this young black owner, who has clearly taken steps to rectify problems that may have been associated with his business. The days prior to the 60s and 70s are over, Sir... you can no longer simply use the words and personal fears of your white counterparts for the conviction of our people.

No one wants to live in fear and violence, but young back adults who want to own businesses or socialize and have clean fun have evwry right as any other white person to be in downtown Birmingham... anything short of this is blatant racism and duscrimination!
