Riot Games presents Arcane, a new animated streaming television series on Netflix from the world of League of Legends. That moment when Ekko dodges the first bullet and in the flashback he's just a happy kid playing with a friend but then it comes back to the present and his expression is just... Pure. Rage... God that shit gave me shivers

This fight was the best storytelling in the whole season.

First, they show a flashback to Ekko and Jinx as children playing, highlighting the tragedy of their past friendship.

The scene serves a double purpose of explaining how Ekko uses his intellect to anticipate her moves based on what they did as children.

Then it rewinds back to the beginning, and Ekko ends the fight in seconds because he has her figured out.

It's the perfect blend of art, action, and storytelling.
