Some quick gameplay footage from the newly released DCS:UH-1H. It is the series first third party module. And the game is still in beta for the moment so I guess everything has not been implemented yet, but it is still an interesting chopper to fly.

The game is fairly expensive considering it is just an add-on. But, I have always been supportive of Eagle dynamics work, and flight simulators does not sell well, especially not extremely realistic ones like the DCS universe offers. So they will need the cash.

Yes, I think so. Since the beta of DCS:A-10c used that map. A bit strange it was not included in the main game though.

Yeah, I thought it fit pretty well. I was thinking of putting in some more famous songs, but I don't think the respective owners would be too happy about that.

Yeah, it would be cool if they added a few more locations to the game such as a tropical or desert region.

The AI pilot takes over when you switch to the side gunner positions, it would be really hard to fly otherwise. The game is still in beta, this was just a quick demonstration of the weapon systems.

Those riccochets were insane, how realistic is that out of interest?

Yes the graphics are sort of the same. This has much better 3D models for the aircraft and cockpit. But the ground textures and environments are nowhere near as high as ArmA's.

hey man how do i move the gunners with my mouse, how do i engage that command ? when im the left pilot pressing m and on the side gunners.

How do you get on the gun sight? I can only move the gun (both flex and door) with arrow keys. Mouse-looking and joystick-looking work, but they don't move the gun and are not in line with it for me. Thanks.
