i feel embarrased but is it okay to cry as a boy/man?
i mean, i always bottled up my emotions. i got betrayed, i know i shouldn't have made a girlfriend and she cheated on me, i got left all alone.
i always told others that I was fine, fine until now.. now as I was listening to this, many things flashed before my eyes.. happiness that I had back then.. I cried but quietly.
so any people out there who is older/younger than me, is it okay to cry as a boy/man or do I have to shut my feelings down like many did?
