Circular vibrating sieve, sorting system | Stokkermill Recycling Machinery

This is one of our complete lines for recycling copper and aluminum cables, automotive radiators, and industrial copper/aluminum radiators, and aluminum/plastic, aluminum waste scraps. The combination of the Stokkermill granulators of the Turbo Flex K500with the single-shaft shredders PS800 and the conveyors with NST magnetic separator make it possible to realize lines with capacities up to 450 kg/h.

Today, we want to focus on Stokkermill Vibrating sieve.
The circular vibrating separator allows to sieve , classify and de-dust a vast range of materials.
The VB vibrating separators are characterized by the simplicity and speed with which the type of vibrating movement can be varied and, consequently, the behavior of the material to be sieved; by applying an inverter it is possible to quickly change and adjust the vibration speed.

The vibrating separators require extremely reduced maintenance and cleaning, while the replacement of screens, available in different sizes depending on the product to be processed, is particularly easy and quick.

On each vibrating separators, 1 to 4 separation stages can be installed and thus 2 to 5 fractions of product can be obtained.
In this line, the vibrating separator is able to obtain more high-purity copper.


Machines of the line:
- Single Shaft Pre-Shredder PS800 - for the first reduction- Conveyor belts with magnet drum and overbelt separator - to remove ferrous fraction - Granulator TurboflexK500 with turbo unit - to process also thin cables without changing a classifier screen and separate the different fractions (copper, aluminum and others);

- Screw conveyors and Vibrating Sieves - to obtain high purity fractions of the copper and plastic fractions.
