Whether in the American Pie movies or anything else, Eugene is the definition of making every scene count. Everything he's been in is better because of him.

From personal experience, I can he was the type of dad that might embarrass you from time to time, but you one day realize exactly how awesome he was. Lost my dad in 2012, and I swear the amount of *MY* childhood friends that reached out blew my mind. Two of my exes who hated each other as teens drove together for his funeral. We were expecting at most 20 people at his funeral. 113 showed up, all traveling minimum 40 miles. He'd never mentioned a single coworker to my mom, brother, or myself. He never once hung out with any of them after work. 34 showed up though, each with a sometimes heartwarming but usually hilarious story.

I can understand Eugene Levy's Opinion of not wanting to do American Pie. But I am glad he did it.

I always liked Eugene Levy as Jim's dad. Even though the character was incredibly awkward he was always trying to help Jim the best he could.

I like Graham because he really just lets the artist or actor go off on whatever THEY want to talk about. He doesn't interrupt them or make them feel insecure at all. Love him.

Being a Canadian myself, I'm used to seeing him on TV and in movies, such that his role in American Pie is a minor one to me. His Second City characters are what I think about when I see him.

It's funny. I was 18 when the movie came out. Eugene Levy's performance was great. He was really funny, however also extremely embarrassing. Now i'm in my 40's and if i watch the movie i don't think about embarrassment, but more that, that guy is a great dad.
