As a follow up to October 6th's keynote presentation, the ASPIRE MO team highlights the importance of collaboration and communication in case management. Also demonstrating how effective collaboration in case management ensures that interventions and services are available when and where they are needed which therefore improves client and community outcomes.. Today’s panel was hosted by Ken Chapman, from the Office of Reentry Services within the Missouri Department of Corrections.
