•1 cup small (90 - 100 g) glutinous rice
•1 cup extra virgin olive oil (200 g) •2 medium carrots •1 teaspoon of salt •1/8 teaspoon of black pepper •Juice From 1 - 2 lemons
Olive oil - salt - pepper and lemon. It's at will.
It is better to add water - do not put too much water at the beginning - this way our soup will have a perfect balance! My meat does not want to boil perfectly. I want to continue boiling with the vegetables .Do not boil for more than 5-7 minutes -olive oil: Because it loses all the nutrients and vitamins it has and we do not want that..Let the lemon boil for 2 minutes.
