How to Create Random Dates in Excel |RANDBETWEEN Function

This quick tutorial will demonstrate how to create a set of random dates in Excel using the RANDBETWEEN function. By default, randbetween will only give you numbers (integers) not dates. I will show you how to modify the standard function to get the desired result.
You may ask why I would use randbetween. As an instructor, it is helpful to quickly generate fake data sets for demonstrations. I have also seen it used a lot to generate numbers for games or to pick a winner of a contest. I leave it to your imagination about how you would use this function.
