Growing Habanero Peppers, Days 48-65

I added Miracle Gro fertilizer in liquid form to the bottom watering tray once on day 51 and waited 2 weeks to see what would happen before adding another dose on day 65. As with my Charentais melon series, the new foliage and stem sections were much greener and larger than the parts that developed in the previous malnourished state. Even with an abundance of pre-fertilized potting mix for my 2013 plant series, I still needed to add liquid fertilizer to promote foliage growth to reach harvests. My pepper leaves are for the most part big and healthy, with most leaves on the alpha plant reaching a length of 10-12 cm.

These two plants were supposed to be separated long time ago. They are fighting each other for space. In fact it's recommended to plant them about 35 cm-40 cm apart. also it's time to prune them as I do in order to get thicker and stronger stem + it'll  promote more side growth which will results in bushier and healthier plant all together.
Good Luck.
