Power cable is a wire too, so its not wireless.

If you have to run power then it would have been better to add 1 Cat6A cable extra for the Video and Audio which would be lower latency and probably cheaper than the wireless, I'm thinking hardware wise here

Ugh, just another reason to sell an individual but essential TV accessory. Having lots of cables behind your TV is circumstantial. Honestly, I personally don't trust this box to "beam" a consistent audio/image signal. My HDMI 2.1 cable already sends a signal, which is consistent and has the least latency and input delay possible.
But I'll just say, buy whatever you desire.
