YES!! She's DONE! I can't tell you what a relief this was, to finally get her back from Kenzone, it reminded me of the time my Mercedes W126 needed the same thing a while back (see Playlist).

It was a nail-biting time and the emotions this time were actually similar to what I experienced with the 1992 Nissan Sentra too! I guess I just cannot have a car in my garage that's ailing and needs work; not sure if that's a blessing or a curse!

Anyway, do stay tuned folks, she's up for another run after CMCO soon! ;)

i used to owned nissan sentra N13 back then, the older brother of B13..yes, during that era, i guess most all the sedans car are good to be driven with minor tweaking to make it better..

i guess B13 been chosen back then for genting taxi becoz of the engine..twin cam with timing chain, where most of it rivals during that era are still using timing belt..plus, the rear suspension setup is using individual instead of torsion beam makes it dancing around the corner..

really miss the old car..most of them is not powerful as current car, but becoz of the lack of power, it makes the driver learn how to fully utilize the power and learn how to dance with the car..when to use the right gear, how to stimulate the clutch, the right corner line..

it's like in the initial D anime i guess..

Absolutely spot on Chris, used to go up to Genting back then with my parents or relatives in one of these and we all prayed all the way up as the way the drivers drove this car, it was mental, every curve was fast, tight and this car ate that mountain for breakfast, lunch and dinner. What a car, a true thoroughbred workhorse that served its purpose well!

Nice to see the Sentra back on the road Chris!!..but I noticed the engine oil used 20W50. Since the engine almost newly rebuild, why not use semi synthetic engine oil 10w40, just wondering..hehe

Lovely. Old engine running like new. RM2k and another 200k km life. Worth!
My dad used to say, if exhaust keluar sikit air, mean very good burning. Wonder if this happen to this sentra.

Rm1750 is a good price for what's done. The GA16 is quite torqey for its time and mated to such a light chassis and independent rear suspension, its no wonder this car was the king if the hill.
