My husband has been asking to listen to tibetan bowls every night as he goes to sleep. He was in the hospital for 25 days having had strokes and seizures and finally was diagnosed with a bone marrow mutation. This video is amazing. I have an adult autistic son. He dreads going to new places he has never been before. His dad and I wanted to introduce him to a new hiking trail, but he kept asking to go back to the familiar park trails he had walked hundreds of times. On our way in the car I played this on my i phone. He calmed within about 30 seconds, and stopped ruminating all of his negative thoughts out loud. And completely made a turn around, accepting the new outing. By the way he loved the hiking trail. Thank you for making this amazing video.
