Hello Maya,
I appreciate your honesty, because it usually is signal of strength - in my eyes.
You talked about caring for others vs. caring for yourself and balance in general. I have three brothers and three sisters, so I guess I can relate to that, at least a bit. ;)
What helped me was the realisation that I sometimes helped them (with daily life, problems, emotional support) and other times actually helped them to avoid their problems. So, the balance between socializing and enjoying the own experience in life is of course not same for everyone. There are people who gain energy from socializing and people which need energy for socializing. It goes both ways. If you take care of yourself it also gives a chance for others to take care of themselves. When you talk / meet again you can ask each other about the time and in the best case even learn from each other. I think there are points in life where everybody wants more time for themselves or more time with family, friends and both are ok. I know it's easier to learn something than to make others understand what you've learned about, but I hope I could help you a bit.

Iโ€™ve been so busy lately! I just worked 9 days in a row! I got 1 day off then Iโ€™ll work 3 days! Then I finally have a week off for vacation! Thank you for keeping me relaxed and helping me sleep through this craziness!

1. Gym. Path of least resistance. Make it as easy to go the the gym as possible, getting a bag with all gym clothes and equipment ready the day before so you can just pick it up and leave the house.
Another tip is to do what YOU find the most fun / interesting. Consistency beats optimization/ perfection every time if it means going consistently. And even if it didnโ€™t over time gains and progress plateau so youโ€™d be close to โ€œperfection/optimized routineโ€ anyways, so just have fun with it.
2. Prioritize yourself first, thereโ€™s a reason why planes tell you to put the mask on yourself first, then anyone else. Help yourself so you can help others, no matter what that means for YOU!

Edit: donโ€™t over correct when you โ€œmess upโ€ we all mess up, act like it never happened and jump right into the routine you had like it never happened. Itโ€™ll make it feel a lot less bad when you mess up, like we all do from time to time ๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ‘

I was so happy to see another pure whisper video!!! Just wish it was a bit longer, simply because it takes me a long time to fall asleep, even when listening to ASMR ๐Ÿ˜ข this will still be great though. I just can't put videos on repeat on my TV. It only works on my phone ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ you could make a pure whispers category though, then I could select "play all" that was some random video doesn't pop up after the first one. That would help SOOOO MUCH!!! thanks again for the new viddy!!!

Catch up: I have just graduated from Gymnasium (german equivalent to highschool) and used my time to apply for a spot in university for an eventual teacher degree, as well as an apartment.

I've been also writing on a sermon that i finished today for youth camp next week. This took some time and I'm so happy about it :)

I got very sick & for months I would feel normal most of the day. However, I would start feeling body aches & exhausted, sometimes with a fever around 4pm every day. I ended up having a severe sinus infection. Was that checked?? I had an Xray done of my sinuses & thatโ€™s how it was discovered.

For me, I try to make working out a fun habit. That way I don't feel obligated & zap the fun out of it. I would say make a flexible schedule. For example, say you plan to work out 3 to 4 days a week. But if your body is too sore or you just don't feel like it - skip a day. Have fun with the process & try not to feel bad about missing a day(s). I hope your health issues, improve ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฟ.
