My ainol novo 10 captain quadcore is stuck on it's logo when I was trying to Install the program my tablet turned off so I charged my tablet but it wont let me reset it I held down the power button with the volume down key together but it still didn't do anything please help what can I do to fix this

My tablet was blocked with "ainolTab NOVO10 Captain QuadCore" message.
I tried this step by step but when I reboot finally, again blocked in ainol message.
Do you know what happen? I don't know if it can repair this tablet
