Remember the golden age of Android, when CyanogenMod was seen as one of the most popular custom ROMs? In this video you will see a throwback as we go back to this iconic era!

I actually used MultiROM on my Nexus 7 tablet back in the day. It even had a customized version of TWRP with special menus for installing and managing secondary ROMs. This let me experience Android modding scene from the 2013-2015 time period without wiping the main OS.

Not gonna lie, but the early Material adoption had so dope animations. Why not compare the UI to the Android 12L or 13? I doubt the A14 would have any drastic changes, apart from new and cut features. Android Beam used to be a thing way back ago and it existed until Android 13. (At least AOSP-based ROMs included that despite it being forgotten)

Ah 2014-2019 Days. In 2014 I started rooting and installing custom roms in my LG Optimus. In 2016 when i got my Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 i did the same too. But in 2019 or 2020 when i got my LG G4 with Android 5 on it plus with Stock LG UX. I decided not to custom rom and root only instead because i felt the LG UI was satisfying. Unfortunately my LG G4 break in 2021. Now my phone is Oppo, i want to root and custom rom because i am sick of the bloatware but unfortunately rooting Oppo phones is pain

Heh, this phone is what got me into custom roms because Touchwiz was running so bad on it made me look into the custom rom world. Ran CM13 on mine, it was lightning fast compared to the stock Samsung rom
