How to grow your own tea 🫖

I have grown chamomile. It’s so satisfying to be able to grow your own tea ingredients. I only grow spearmint now in a pot because I have limited space

I could be wrong because I haven't researched chamomile specifically, but a lot of asteraceae drop their seeds pretty easily once they're ready. Just toss the seed heads into a paper bag or something, give it a bit of time to dry, close, shake, and sift to remove the big stuff. You should end up with a mess of seeds and some tiny flower bits, but there's nothing wrong with throwing a bit of extra compost (the flower bits) in with the seeds when planting lol

2 tips for better quality of your camomile tea. ❤
1. Cut them in the morning and before they fully bloom.
2. Use a paper bag instead of plastic.
