1990 whirlpool direct drive washing machine best one ever made. Still runs to this day. Replaced transmission recently, clutch, timer, suspension spring, water mixing valve, and runs like a champ. New transmission is noisy but agitates hard like they should.

This GE washer is definitely the best one for those looking for a washer with dials and knobs and no electronic display crap.

If you’re going to buy a washing machine, look at their pump motor trust me I’ve been in the Laundromat business for 30 years speed. Queen has the best pump motor.

Well, just the other day I saw a truck roll up to their house that hauled away their three month old LG washing machine and then install another useless Samsung washing machine. 😂

I love my Speed Queen AWN412 that we bought in 2012. Still going strong. I'll always go for Speed Queen if I ever need another washer.

Reminds me of my last whirlpool washer, simple and no touch screen. Lasted us over 19 years under use for a family of 5. Prior to the whirlwind pool, we had a Speed Queen which lasted us over 25 years. It was very simple machine.

This is a good option for those who don’t want to spend more for that unit coming with a (5) yr warranty isn’t bad considering. Which is reasonable. Yes You’ll pay more for a Speed Queen set yes they are great units. But kinda on the pricey side. & a bit longer warranty. . Speaking of warranties read the fine print! Make sure it covers labor. Labor is where they get you .

Kenmore elite washer is by far the best same as GE with warranty 5 years and excellent service repair.
