DemoScene Construction kit progress

Now I have a proper scene and effect framework I can load up the system with multiple stacked effects. A little more work to do on the framework for effect start time and effect repetition but essentially finished and just need to add the various types of effects (scrollers so far to to give me something to test the re-entrant frameworks)
