Sir kya hum neet ug counselling me up state counselling se first round me college choose kare aur woh hame first round me mil jaye lekin fir agr hame all india counselling ke 2nd ya 3rd round me usse accha college mil jaye toh kya hum UP wale college ko chhod kar all india wale college me upgrade kar sakte h kya? Sir please respond because koi bhi ye doubt clear nhi kr paa rha .sir can you please solve this doubt. I'll be very grateful to you if you could help me sir. 🙏

Sir, hume round 1 me college allot hone ke baad hum upgradation kar ke round 2 me jate h.. uske baad round 2 mein seat allot hone ke bàad hume round 1 ka seat chaiye toh woh le skte hai kya..?
