Great phone for people who are not chronically online and really only use their phone as a tool. Doomscrolling and gaming is going to kill the battery fast, but regular use, this is a gem.

The SE is a good phone for people who want the basics . And those who want a small well built phone . It’s not for people who stare mindlessly at their phone all day. And it’s not for gamers who want to play all day. I have apps on it I use and I stream some programmes and take photos and listen to music at times, but I also like to live life in the real world and not be sucked into staring at my phone for hours on end

From your pow it's a cheap iphone, from my point it's a slick old school minimalistic design with touch id and good chip.
Not everyone using phone to melt their brains with media consumption.

An excellent, compact, productive iPhone for 2024. I bought it in 2022 and have never regretted the purchase. Covers 100% of my needs. There are simply no analogues on the market at the moment, taking into account two main factors - size and performance.

Sleeper phone looks old but it’s a beast in performance and it has 5G crazy that being said this phone does everything it needs to I love mine no need to upgrade at all

Just purchased a *brand new*, 128GB, *unlocked* Midnight-colored iPhone SE 2022 from eBay for just *$279 + tax* in mid-2025!
Love it, my favorite phone. Great 'point-and-shoot' camera, nice LCD display panel (yes, I *prefer* LCD panels), Smart HDR 4 and Deep Fusion for better detail and better dynamic range for pics/vids, A15 Bionic chipset, and most of all...the fantastic form factor!!

Just bought one from Walmart for 115.00. The only problem was scratches on screen but a screen protector hid all scratches. My 6S was damaged and this phone is the perfect upgrade. I wanted to keep the home button, finger sensor in a pocket sized phone!

A really good iPod touch alternative from Apple now that iPods don’t even exist anymore, I remember me using an iPod touch for calls and texts and entertainment all while I was connected to WiFi, i can use it on WiFi without actually activating cellular.

It's a great secondary device for me, I'm mostly an android guy but I'm also totally blind and both mobile platforms handle accessibility quite a bit differently, some stuff just works better on one or the other.
