I always fold twice like you, but the top of the panel always ends above her ear, almost eye level, so I’m not sure she has enough space to breathe well. 19in tall so not tiny… how can I get the top of the panel to come lower on her? (More like ear level) Thank you!

With the front facing do they need to be sitting on their own? My little is 24.5 inch but wants to face forward/outward to see. But has good neck support
