Thanks, I appreciate it. I think sometimes the bigger review places don't properly understand how to review a Kinect title, or they go into with a negative attitude in the first place. I'm a Star Wars fan and like Kinect, so I went into it with an open mind and I'm able to have a lot of fun with the game.

Ha, I don't know. I used the Move controller for the hilt feeling, but you could use a broom stick and it would allow it, so I don't see why not! Thanks for checking out my review!~

Good review, I see other reviews like IGN and they leave so much out. This game has so much variety and it flows really smooth. Sometimes while playing you focus to much but when I look back that speeder bike section is a great game sequence, it has challenge and a really good feel. I have also stated learning the depth of the combat. I still feel lots of reviewers dont know how to use kinect yet.

Not sure why someone would base everything off a single review. If you go to the Dr. and get a bad diagnosis the logical thing to do is get a second and even third opinion. Everyone is different, which is why its always best to check out at least a few reviews. I tend to be the "every man" when it comes to gaming and reviews. I'm not paid or anything, just looking to review games and give an honest take on them. Thanks for checking out the review.

Good fair review. I plan on reviewing it at some point but it's not as bad as people make it out to be. It isn't game of the year or anything and in some ways I wish it was more like the Jedi Knight or even Force Unleashed games but with all of the modes, there is a winner for everyone (mine is pod racing).

It doesn't have a core focused market, it appeals to everyone and that's why it is a good game. I love hardcore RTS, FPS, TPS, sports games, you name it, but like you I play all genres.

Well rumor has it that Kinect 2.0 will offer full 1:1 Motion controls, which is about as good as it gets. Its supposed to track all the way to the fingertips. I think Kinect works great on games when they take time to develop for it right. The Gunstringer, Star Wars, Fruit Ninja, Kinect Sports, Dance Central, Haunt, Rise Of Nightmares, Kinectimals and Kinect Joyride are all very well done in my opinion.

Its a nice change of pace for me to use something like Kinect. Playing Kinect Star Wars really took me back to when I was a kid and would use my imagination to pretend I was a Jedi. This is as close to that as possible and its even better because its a game based off that Principal. Motion controls aren't for everyone, but this is one of those games I feel people should actually try before they write it off.

Well if you listened to what I said, I clearly stated that I don't grade all games on the same scale. There are AAA titles like Gears and Uncharted and than there are simpler motion controlled games like this. I graded it as a Kinect title.
Has nothing to do with favoring anything, I was able to have a lot of fun with the game, I'm a huge Star Wars fan and the game does it justice.

I even stated in the review that I review a game like this differently than a hardcore shooter. I think they are geared towards different markets. You can still have fun with a game that isn't a shooter.

Exactly, its not something that a die hard gamer who wears a sweatband and drinks Gatorade while playing Halo is going to get into, but it does offer a little something for just about everyone. I enjoy the podracing as well!

I think it just recognizes it as one thing, but however you swing, the character swings as well.

Thank you for an honest review. IGN crapped on it hard cause of its polish issues. And I agree a lot of the bashing seams to be coming from the fact that people that want it and dont have an Xbox are pissed

Again I state that I grade differently depending on what I'm playing the game on. This is a great Kinec title in my opinion, where as something like Killzone 3 is a huge AAA title on the PS3. Huge difference, so I use a different grade scale.

Agree 100%, its a single optional game mode. Its not my thing, but I loved the rest of the game.

Sounds like someone is jealous that they cant play the game. The game is fun, you cant always have a game of the year contender to buy or play through, its no Skyrim or anything, but its a solid game for Kinect and its fun, which is most important to me.

Well sometimes game trailers can tick people off or make the game look a certain way. I feel the game is great for Star Wars fans or gamers in general. I don't look at things in a core or casual way, they are all video games and being such, are all for fun!
