You need to do lots of cardio for this style. Very exhausting and takes lots of energy. However it can cause real problems for people who fight on the backfoot.

I really like this style because Im just a small guy. My problem is my cardio. Im a newbie and been training for 3 months.

my issue w this style is people thinking all you do is move your head marching forward and neglect parrying feinting or even jabbing. they also use the tilt instead of the classic slipping and they usually dont have the rhythmic timing or reflexes that mike tyson had. not to mention the insane cardio and footwork needed to pull this off.

I've been a part of the squared circle for years. Saw bits of this style in the amateurs. I'd have to say it can be very effective on someone without a good jab and legs.

This was Tyson's style, customized for him because of his unique attributes: superior athlete, KO power in both hands, short heavyweight. This literally ain't for everybody. Takes more than just being short. Also pendulum is already a term in boxing. Pick another one for that double slip action

Nice workout. Looks like fun.

A couple thoughts: The shift step and wind up is for an uppercut or hook? Punch looks in between them both but form is not correct for either strike. Hook: Elbow is too low behind the punch. Should be squared behind the hook to have devastating power. Uppercut: arm looks like it wants to be an UC but missing rotation from the hip. Strike power should come from the hip with full extension and explosion with full motion of the hip joint. Also you're shifting wrong way for the hand being thrown for the UC. If you shift to outside the shoulder frame left you should be throwing a left UC. If you shift right it should be the right UC. That's how you body shot then come right up splitting the guard and striking the head. They expect every punch but not that one. Keep it up

Nice. But This is for short fighters. Us tall ones with reach need more vids complimenting and tailored to our physique etc.
