Create Pipe Delimited Files Using MS Excel

In the automotive aftermarket community the exchange of electronic parts data when not in ACES or PIES XML is usually in a Pipe delimited format.

The most common desktop application to manipulate data is Microsoft Excel. Unfortunately Excel does not have a native way to specify a delimiter. You have .CSV, Tab and a few others none of which are Pipe.

This neat trick will show you how to create Pipe delimited files using MS Excel.

I have a CSV file, in which two columns are there seperated with pipe, but when I click it is on same cell, how can I divide the two column, as I want to take sum of second column
