Hi everyone! This vlog covers my day trip to Fort Drum Crystal Mine, aka Rucks Pit. We went on a machine dig day hosted by The Crystal Collector. Everyone was able to leave with some really sweet specimens and we all had a blast! The calcite crystals we found were so beautiful and the honey yellow color was just gorgeous to find amid the clams. It was definitely hard work digging through all the fill but it was totally worth it! It’s amazing that everything we dug up was 2 MILLION YEARS OLD can you believe that??I hope you enjoy this vlog!

*EDIT*Costs for machine digs can vary, ours was actually $120 a person sorry for the mishap
