I feel like design for tech has plateued.. and companies should just wait a year or two before launching another product.. we don't need product launches for the same phone every year. Like the macs, apple watches, and phones.

I don't have much faith in the rumor that Apple will replace the 2 sizes with the one 49mm Series X. That's basically cutting off a chunk of your customer base. I could see them adding a 3rd size option, that actually makes sense.

glad im not tempted to upgrade from my series 9, had a feeling the series 10 probably won't be the upgrade ppl thought. based on the CADS tho im not sure why watch bands wouldn't be cross compatible

On the brightside, I will gladly take a 42mm series X with largely reduced bezels considering im on a 40mm S6. That is still tastefully large. The rumoured 45mm was just ridiculous.

Wish they leaned into buttons like Garmin and made a circular watch. I mean, there has not been a major update (my opinion) since Series 4. Sure they added Blood Oxygen sensor but it is medically not accurate and they stole the technology (not bashing Apple but honestly am unimpressed with their lack of innovation the past many years). I just hope they make a big change. Still love your channel and Apple

I think right around the time all the leaks were wrong. About the Apple watch 7, there was also a big swing and a mist from a leaker on a Mac release. I forget the exact details

I don’t agree with this assessment at all - I believe that the Apple Watch has plenty of room to grow and improve in the coming years. That does not mean that the Watch has significant changes every year and perhaps Apple should change the release schedule for the Watch to every two years vs one, as the current release schedule forces Apple to come up with made-up improvements to justify the new release, which prompts videos like this one
