Halo 2 Anniversary Forge Tutorial - Race Start Line

This Halo 2 Anniversary Forge tutorial shows you how to make a start line for a race.
Leku200 asked how to make one so I decided to make this tutorial. I do plan to revise the method I have used though as I think I can make it better and more efficient.
