You can do absolutely anything with them I like chocolate chip or cookies and cream and they're sweet and look Much like Blackstone Betty 😉.

Crepes can be tricky but you killed it 🎉🌞👍.
You can always pass the batter thru a fine siv to get the smooth texture.

Haven't made crepes in a while. If you let your batter your batter rest for at least 30 minutes or longer it will let the gluten develop and it's easier to make the crepes.
