Pathology Resident-led Live Unknown Slide Session (PRLUSS) - Endometrial Carcinomas (Dr. Shi)
Показать описание
Welcome to the 5th episode of our resident-led pathology live unknown slide sessions! This meeting's topic is gynecologic pathology, specifically endometrial carcinomas. Presenting is Dr. Wangpan Jackson Shi, PGY-2 AP/CP resident at the University of California San Diego. Check out the other cool educational cases he's been posting on Twitter/X @ panJackson3.
Our aim is to get together as trainees, have fun, and learn pathology in a benign, welcoming, and supportive environment. We also have a Twitter group. I encourage any trainee, regarding of level of training, to reach out and volunteer to present! The idea is to provide a supportive and informal environment where you can practice your presentation skills for bigger, more important meetings/webinars/conferences. There are a lot of expert pathology webinars online, but not so many formats created by residents, for residents! I think it is very important for us as trainees to every once in a while step in the shoes of teachers, share knowledge and grow as future pathologists. So if you'd be interested to present, don't hesitate to reach out through one of the following means:
DM on Twitter/X @ MirunaPopescu13
DM on KiKo @ mirunapopescumd
This is mainly intended for med students, aspiring pathologists, and pathology trainees, but anyone interested is more than welcome to join and share their knowledge with us!
