Let's do a much needed selfcare day. I have not done a detailed selfcare routine in a while so it was TIME. I detoxed my underarms, curly hair routine, intense skincare routine, LED light therapy, and everything shower routine. Just fyi, for general armpit smell, especially with hairs, I recommend using shampoo, because the smell sticks to the hairs, not really the armpit itself

I agree I feel like I felt the same way when I turned 25, i never knew of the frontal lobe until I got into therapy and I’m glad before I turned 25 that I was able to know of the frontal lobe . I definitely agree with the way of thinking just instantly changed and it was like wow I’ve been sort of unaware and not as critical on difference choices .

a game changer for me especially since i wear non aluminum deodorant is the thayers witch hazel toner and apply it clean dried armpits with a cotton pad i let that dry then apply my deodorant everytime i skip it i can tell the difference
