Some people literally used the fight as a "proof" to justify that Nahida statement only applied to ordinary gods.
Some even went out of their way to say that Mavuika did not ascend to godhood so she is weaker than all archons.
Former is disproved by the dialogue right after the fight, people can't read obviously, and the latter is disproved by the pyro lector later in the story

While Mavuika did defeat Capitano in their first duel, Capitano was indeed weakened with sickness and did not unleash his Delusion form. Full power Capitano would likely defeat Mavuika in a hard battle and seize the Gnosis. If not, its also possible that Columbina and Capitano will fight 2v1 and win the Gnoses, although the latter seems unlikely.

I also really hope Capitano's Delusion is Geo. Any other element would be really boring.

Is everyone just going to forget the important dialogue that CLEARLY described Capitano’s condition BEFORE and AFTER the fight?

???; “You don’t have much time, and you’re injured on top of that.”

Clearly indicating or suggesting that:

BEFORE the fight began “he doesn’t have much time left”
Which could mean he’s suffering from a sickness or that he’s a undead human of sorts.

AFTER the fight, he’s injured on top of that. Not only:

1. He’s not at his prime these days
2. He’s potentially sick, undead, or some curse thingy.
3. He’s injured by a blow to the left part of his chest.


All the people that weren’t on the Capitano Theory train, all they had to do is read. 😢
