In this video, Corey shares details about her upcoming fabric line with Moda Fabrics, Sunwashed. Sunwashed is scheduled to arrive in quilt shops in early 2023. I’d love to see a “didn’t make the cut” video! I find the whole process fascinating of how a fabric line comes to life. I think a video on how you design fabric prints, such as with a computer program or drawing or ?? I have an equal passion for quilting and watercolor painting and color choices/scale are so interesting. Love your fabrics, patterns and videos! ❤️😃

I’m so excited for the blues in this collection!! Blue is my favorite color, especially darker blues. Even though most of your collections don’t usually include blues, you are still one of my favorite fabric designers. So one of your collections with dark blue in it is just about perfect in my book!! 💙Thank you so much for sharing about some of the process and decisions that go into designing a line. Love that you shared this. Here is how I feel. Your my fabric designer. I have always felt from the beginning - Corey is my girl. I’m an Ohio girl so we have that in common but mostly the bright sunny happy colors. I just adore your pattern choices in your fabrics and colors are just so me! I always feel so included and connected with you as you share more and more. I think this is wonderful of you to show this process and how this works. I believe it should make all your followers feel included and involved - a part of your journey. I think it’s a kind and wonderful idea. I adore that aqua that was cut. But yet I agree for this collection the aqua just didn’t go with the rest of the collection. Now your future collections - oh please get that aqua in there 💕💕💕. Omgoodness it is gorgeous but you are right - not with these other fabric colors. Just wouldn’t have done the aqua the justice that beautiful color deserves 🥰. I agree and adore how much more of a presence you have been having on YouTube and how much more you have been sharing about the process like with the making of a book and now with how the fabric collections come about and what you have to do It also explains that it’s not just a quick or one and done process. Love that you are sharing and bringing your customers and fans along thru the process- thank you sew much!!!!

Thank you so much for sharing the selection process that goes into making a collection. I loved the aqua, but agree it didn’t quite fit with the other colors that seemed more vibrant to my eye. I have to share that over the last 2 1/2 years, I’ve had the chance to learn more about piecing, fabrics, designers, and all the wonderful online learning opportunities available to us quilters. There are several designers that I learned about that have become favorites of mine, and you’re right st the top of my list, Corey. I just love the patterns of the prints and the colors you use. I also love that your color palette allows all your collections to blend together. Thank you so much for sharing your talents and creativity with all of your fans❣
