Presenter:
Yalda Shokooh, PharmD, PhD recently joined NOW as the Director of Science and Nutrition. She has 18 years of experience in the natural products industry doing research and teaching. Prior to her role at NOW, Yalda was a Principal Scientist at SCNM (Sonoran University), Tempe, AZ. She has a PharmD working as a part-time Pharmacist for 15 years and she has a Ph.D. in Pharmacognosy. She did a fellowship in Phytochemistry in Novara, Italy, and a fellowship in Medicinal Plants Analysis at Ole Miss. Yalda has 10 years of experience in management and leadership. She enjoys interacting with people and exploring Science.
