For those who say X certain character would clap the creeper.
I doubt that.
Most of these are human, they would be specs of dust on an old coat you'd flick off of.
Now spiritual ones, I'm not so sure.

Xenomorph/Alien: if there was more than one or an entire hive then the creeper would probably get taken down easy. But a single one, no. The creeper would go long range, toss one of his many weapons at it and call it back with whatever incantations he put on it to make it come back to him and just rinse and repeat the process. Alien loses.
Although the creeper would have to make a new weapon due to the acid blood of the xenomorph.

Yautja/Predator: Might catch the creeper off guard with it's highly advanced technology, such as the cloaking technology and biohelmet with different vision modes. Might get a few good hits in and bring high damage to body parts with the plasma caster and the smart throwing disks.
But remember, the creeper has been around for centuries on end, a single predator is only alive for X certain amount of years and that's if they don't die young in battle. Think back to JC1, a report on the radio said that some of the bodies found in it's house of pain/the church had wooden teeth which dated back to the 1400's or so. So the creeper is going to have centuries worth of knowledge and possible combat experience, and he's had years upon years to perfect his arts, crafts, and techniques. Plus the flight speed he's capable of. Flying at his fastest, the predator wouldn't be able to keep up visually even with the bio helmet on. So no. Predator loses. Think back to JC 3 iirc, the guys that were messing with the creepers truck, once he shown up and they ran, he snatched the last one in mid air before he landed on the ground with his dirt bike before he could get help. Plus you also have to add in that we've seen Predator's get their shit kicked in by humans plenty of times.

Jason Voorhees: They are both VERY similar in terms of durability and never stopping when they want something.
But remember, Jason is still human, he can still die, put enough bullets and he's dead. The creeper has him outclassed, plus if Jason goes near water that will instill fear into him, (according to the ones I know), making him another meal for the creeper. Now if it's Uber Jason (Upgraded Space Jason) still the same except more durability than before. But overall, same end result. And if not, the creeper could just wait Jason out with old age.
UPDATE: With Jason being a revenant of sorts that comes back from the dead. This battle could be a tie overall.

IT REALLY JUST DEPENDS ON THE SPECIFIC INTERPRETATION OF JASON, AND YOU HAVE TO LOOK AT IT FROM A NEUTRAL PERSPECTIVE NOT YOUR ROSE-TINTED FANBOY GOGGLES.
Most people agree that Uber Jason and maybe Savini Jason are the strongest

Chucky: Serial killer in a doll's body. Instantly outclassed. Instantly ripped to pieces. Given enough time he'll turn human again on the inside.

Jigsaw/Billy: Human, instantly dead. Need I say more?

Jeff The Killer: Still human? According to the stories I've read a long time ago, he was just a regular dude who got his face burnt and went insane. Dead instantly?

*EDIT/UPDATE* : Looking back and getting a refresher, Jeff has some enhanced capabilites such as strength, agility, and speed to overpower most of his victims, The Creeper is way above his caliber of abilities and skill. Jeff wouldn't have a chance.

Ghostface: Human, insta-dead.

Patrick Bateman: King Sigma himself. Yeah sorry, NOPE, regular old human that works a corporate office job and just so happens to kill people on the side. Dead. No chance.

Norman Bates (Psycho 1960): Human, no chance.

Jack Torrance: Human. No chance.

Springtrap: The springyboi, literally metal with a human cursed to live in it. Have you seen what the creeper can do to metal? Broke Iron bars in a prison to eat a prisoner to fix itself in JC1. Destroyed a truck and damaged a school bus in JC2, Flipped a tanker or truck in JC3 with one hand to get to a dude who was hiding underneath it and he flipped a truck on its side and ripped the door off to get a girl inside. Literally no chance for Springtrap.

Michael Myers: ah Mikey, still human, sure he can survive a few gunshot wounds and getting his eyes gouged out but the creeper can survive taking a full frontal assault of a turret gun on the back of a truck like it was just wind going by him. No chance of winning in Michaels case.

Pinhead: Hmm, this one's interesting, I've only seen the first 2 hellraiser movies, so my knowledge might be a little lacking.
The cenobites come from a sort of rift in time or the universe that thrives on torture and turning pain into pleasure.
The only weapons I've seen used are a bunch chains with hooks that cause major bleeding in regular humans. I've seen Pinhead take damage before. Might put up a small fight but overall would probably lose to the creeper.

Pyramid Head: My knowledge is lacking on this one, I know very small amounts of details just some from the movie and games. Pyramid Head has the strength to rip the skin off of a woman entirely in one go, he is a manifestation of a characters guilt. That's really all I know.
Might come back to this after I've gained more knowledge on this character. Until then, this might go to the creeper.

Slenderman: Slendy-boi, tall lanky boi. Good god it's been so long since I've delved into the creepypasta world I've forgotten a few things. MIGHT HAVE TO COME BACK AFTER REVIEWING THIS CREEPYPASTA.
Doesn't seem to be a physical entity you can just flat out attack or throw anything at. According to the games he seems to just cause you to go insane. Idk, undecided.

He'll literally annihilate every single character horror or not horror out there

Jason canonically speaking from black horse comics could potentially keep up with the creeper everytime the creeper would kill Jason he would eventually regrow is body in crystal lake also Jason has strength to crush a tank for some reasons also no Jason can't die unless killed in crystal lake also shown to regenerate like instantly .But that's in comics . Yautja has technology so advanced metal and other solid things can be cut by their advanced metal like it's paper also have strength equal or even may surpass the creeper as they shown to be able to punch creatures bigger than themselves and being able to stun them. Since the creeper creates weapons from bones Yautja metal can insta cut the creeper. Xenomorph is also capable of avoiding the creepers smell as they are stated they don't release odor or body temperature thus Yautja use night vision as their black bodies reflect night vision hence they are green in night vision goggles or vision mode. Xenomorphs don't make noise when they move they are silent 🔕 so no hearing no vision would be hard to fight 1 xenomorph in the dark even for the creeper but that's taking into account. Either way creeper is certainly powerful to rival them .

According to the comic The creeper is an ancient Demigod, so i dont think any character shown here can defeat it :)
