Vegan Florentines | #GBBO Bake-Along | Week 2: Biscuits

Hi Everyone!
This week's GBBO bake-along challenge is FLORENTINES. Sooo I've never had any of these, but I've looked at a few recipes and I can say confidently that I do not like anything that goes into these. To be honest, I'm not crazy into desserts or sweets (but trying to be). So I am going to try my best and follow the Oh She Glows recipe (almost exactly) for this challenge instead of modifying a few and making my own like I did in the last challenge.
