Square bungles Dragon Quest XIs Definitive Ed on Xbox, PC, PS4 - ports worse looking Switch version.

If you hate your fans - take notes from Square Enix. Square has decided to just port over their inferior Switch version of Dragon Quest XIs to Xbox, PC, PS4, which will be coming later this year in December 2020.
Now remember Dragon Quest XI first appeared on PS4, PC and 3DS, and Dragon Quest XIs Definitive Edition was a port of the PS4 version on Switch. As the Switch wasn't as powerful, it wasn't as nice graphically as the PS4 version. That said, it was serviceable but it was a clear downgrade.
But seems like Square Enix has decided a straight port from the Switch version would make them more money than a proper version, made based on the original PS4 version.
I can assure you - this won't go over well with Steam Reviewers.
