it's a custom made track; however, in the CD that comes with ITCH products there's a track called SERATO SCRATCH SENTENCE full of useful, classic scratch sounds

yes it's possible... however, the NS7 has very handy pitch buttons for small corrections

the one I'm using in the video is a basic MacBook (not Pro) Unibody, 2.0 Ghz, 2GB RAM, OSX 10.6.1 Snow Leopard.
ITCH set at maximum performance: 1 ms latency, maximum screen redraw.

the other computer you see in the video is a MacBook Pro Unibody 2.4, 4GB RAM, OSX 10.5.8 Leopard, also running ITCH flawlessly.
