All about Miss Universe’s historic new format TPN#76

Some major format changes will be introduced at the 73rd Miss Universe competition in Mexico, namely a massive increase in the amount delegates qualifying for the semifinals and the awarding, for the first time, of Continental Queens, who’ll also make that first cut.

Here’s my look at a history of the semifinal format over Miss Universe’s 73-year history, including a seriously historic milestone!

One random but interesting trivia: Russia's continental grouping at Miss World depended on which part of the country Miss Russia is from. For example, when Polina Popova, Miss World Russia 2017 competed, she grouped with Asia due to her being from Yekaterinburg which is in the Asian part of Russia.

Love how this video seems different. Roger looks relaxed and chilled, but very excited at the same time. I also love the 'lighter color scheme' throughout the video—it looks better.
