I have tested PUBG on Itel A16+ (same microprocessor as Itel S17 with 1GB RAM too) and it was forced to use the lowest setting possible. But trust me, it was sooo smooth !

And this microprocessor can run many other heavy games like Driving School Sim (2020), Real Flight Simulator, Aerofly FS 2, etc...

This Unisoc chipset is not as bad as you seem to think. Because it contains a Mali T820MP1 as GPU which is far away better than the Mali 400MP1/MP2, inside the most 28nm quadcore Mediatek chipsets.
But compared to 28nm 64bits Mediatek chipsets like MT6753 or MT6737, it is effectively weak.
