This show was really great. This video, though great to see, really doesn't have the audio quality to accurately convey the performance. The drums and crash cymbals dominate and kind of wash out Tate's vocals at times. I realize it's probably just a cell phone recording and side stage tends to have unbalanced sound, not to mention the 100 or so karaoke singers in the audience, so, it is what it is. My point isn't so much to criticize the video, as much as it is to say that seeing this live you could really hear the quality (though I will say the drums and certain low end sounds were up way too high, especially early on and during his daughter's set).

Tate, while bailing out on some parts, seemed to step up and go for it on others. He chooses his spots these days, which is perfectly understandable. Overall, he's come a long way back. He inspired with a surprisingly strong vocal performance here. The band backing him has also come a long way. The guitarists seemed to have the authentic sounding tone, effects and licks dialed in and the rhythm section was on point. All of these guys seemed to have grown tighter since their earlier shows and are playing this great music with precision and with their collective heart and soul. This band could be peaking right now, so I'd go out and see them if you can!

Great show for a man who's 60!Sure it's not 88 nor the original line-up unfortunately but it's the best that fan's of the original Ryche sound are gonna get.🤟
