Jaguar XK8 How to make a clutch pedal & brackets for the standard pedal box. Manual trans XKR X100

In this video we detail the manufacturing processes required to make our clutch pedal and adaptor bracket. These can be added to your standard brake pedal box as part of your automatic to manual transmission gearbox swop.

Superfast Matt in California sends all his CAD stuff to “Send Cut Send”. They sound like a similar outfit as yours. Everything comes back in a vacuum sealed flat pack ready for welding. Matt has gotten very good at ensuring everything has the locating tabs to make it all align correctly. Nice engineering. It looks so easy, but of course good engineering does.
