Oh man that looks so so good! I just got my Inspiralizer and made up some Zucchini late tonight. Did half al dente with some garlic/cilantro/lime. . . the other half raw with a vegan mayo recipe I found at the Silk(almond milk) site. Really great and so glad I bought this thing!
