I have recently started my journey with Lilith…I have requested her assistance in my life.. so much to work with.. my unspoken shit has for some years shown but it is until now that I am realising is all that wrath that I have quieted down because of fear.. there’s so much to learn and a need to protect myself and my kid from death threats but I am starting to feel empowered and ready to stand… thanks so much..

Emily this video is so heartfelt and I can feel your anger and pain. I know how draining being an empath can be. Thank you for being so honest, vulnerable on this video. I have watched on and off the atrocities of what is going on, when I do it pisses me off beyond words. I want to reach through the screen and throttle those that are causing this. I want to help all those and it has brought me to tears more than once. I can't watch it often, as it drains me and exhaust me mentally. Because my mind is trying to understand the whys of all this and cannot fathom why governments and that do this to each other. You want to send a lightening bolt to strike down all those that cause this and let them feel the pain. Or let them actually feel all the pain they have caused all these people in their minds and they would go mental or die from the pain. It would be like stop all this, because this is the pain and anguish you have caused over the many years and still are.
I learned years ago to build a daily barrier buffer from others, or I would feel so much different emotions of everyone and their moods. I would go from being extremely happy and then sad in a matter of minutes at times. I didn't realize this until I was in my late teens that I was an empath. Funerals and Hospitals can be the worst for me to attend or go into. I have to put a strong barrier up or I will have to step out of the space to get my emotions under control.
Now as for chronic pain, I know first hand as I have had chronic pain since I was 17 years old and I am turning 51 on June 23rd. I have tried many things over the years. I use vitamins, herbal supplements, arthritis pain relievers(OTC), and my own essential oil blends that help with my pain. Herbs help as well, you can make some teas. I have used poultices for things as well in the past. But my oils work the best for me, which I need to make another batch. I know it works for arthritis, chronic pain, neuropathy, bruising, pulled muscles and such. My family and friends have used it as well, they all love it.
I have been working with Lilith only a short time, Hekate called me several years ago and she is still one of my main goddesses, Morrigan has been with me since I started my spiritual path in 98. Working with Lilith has been a ride so far. I am working with her on my own and taking the mini course of Elena's for The Holy Witch. Just starting that and doing a lot of shadow work from my past and that has been very very emotional. I used to be all bright and light, but working with the dark goddesses feels like I have came home and is were my heart and soul is. My shadow work has even called me to change my own name, to get a fresh start and let my past be in the past and for it to not have that hold on me any longer. To let part of me die and be reborn. I have chosen the name: Raven Amethyst Sage and then taking my hubbies last name in the fall, so Snyder will be added to the end of that. Taking two middle names.

Sorry for the long winded post Emily, had a lot to say I guess. Hugs to you, wanted to hug you so bad when you broke down and cried. Felt that you needed a hug or a hand squeeze so you knew you were not alone.

Also, the bit at the end about “sin”. I don’t believe there is such thing as “sin”. That is made up by the church. Marianne Williamson said she believes we need to replace that word with mistake or error. I like that. You mentioned the collective grief… funny I have been saying that to my friends for several years now who have sensed this in society as a whole, then we feel it. They talk to me about these feelings because they can’t pinpoint it. I remind them, it the collective [grief, fear, depressive feelings, anger] any of it - and we’re going through a rough transition we’ve known for a long time was coming. We gotta identify it to protect our selves a bit more. Sad.
