Zucchini cheese rolls #baking #easyrecipe #vegetables

For the love of puff pastry, these are zucchini flowers that are so easy and fun to make and it's such a great snack!

EQUIPMENT:
HAPPIELS Muffin Pan:

YOU'LL NEED:
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1 small-medium zucchini
- 6 slices of cheese that melts (whichever you prefer)
- salt, pepper, olive oil

Let's make them:
- preheat the oven to 400F (200C)
- cut the puff pastry into strips approx 1 1/2 inches
- place pre-cut zucchini slices onto the puff pastry, season them with salt & pepper (do not season if your cheese is already very strong, ie cheddar)
- place the cheese on top and make small rolls
- place them into the muffin pan and sprinkle with olive oil
- bake for 20 min
