This is issue has been going on long before the winter storm. I've lived here since 2017 and we stay having issues with the plumbing and sewage lines constantly backing up. Cars are constantly being broken into or tires and rims are stolen on a regular basis. The list could go on and on.

I feel so bad for the guy. That's so frustrating. I pictured myself in that situation and yeah I would be struggling for sure. In Jesus name I prayed for God to take care of him.
