Snap deal failed due to their own fault. They were not interested to provide their customers with what they ordered for. They were only rolling the customers cash in the market. I ordered many things necessary to me, but once delivered I was compelled to return the goods. The last time I ordered was a pair of size 10 shoes. I was so disappointed and disgusted with them monkeys that I didn't return the size 9 shoes they delivered. That was some 7 to 8 years back. The interesting part is, my brother wears size 8 shoes and now he is wearing them comfortably.

One of the reasons for failure is that they sell duplicate products....
They really sell first copy and duplicate products which one can buy in Delhi's Palika market....
In 2016 I ordered a Dell laptop but they sent me another model... When I complaint they didn't took that into consideration ..

I remember buying 5 items from snapdeal, the product were so bad i had to return 4 of them and the return system was so bad that i had to parcel it back to them and had to raise a complaint to give me back the logistics charges which i got after 14 days. I never bought from snapdeal in like 4-5 years. I have been using Amazon for such a long time now.

I remember many years back Flipkart announced a sale of some items for Re. 1 and couldn't deliver. The founder had to publicly apologize with folded hands. I never thought they would come back from there. I thought Flipkart would drown at that time.

Good planning + sensible handling of crisis situation saved it.

The reason i left snapdeal is i got defective product many times then i switch to amazon and flipkart and am so happy with Amazon and flipkart
