Instructions:
Deep Fry on the Hob (5-8 mins):
1. Place a deep-frying pan on medium heat. Add enough oil to completely submerge the pieces of chicken.
2. Heat oil to 170℃. To test, slide a chicken Lollipop in the oil and if it sizzles, then you are on the right track.
3. Once the oil is hot, slide the chicken wings in gently, one by one, into the oil. Gently stir and turn them over occasionally until it is golden-brown on all sides.
4. Once cooked, remove carefully onto a paper towel with a slotted spoon.
Serving -
