The Dubsta spawn isn't intentional, though it is. GTA 5 has a relic in it's game design from the 3D era in that, though the memory pool is much larger, the game likes to load vehicles in traffic and parking spots that it already has in recent memory instead of going and grabbing one from stored memory, to save on processing power. You getting into the Dubsta puts it in game memory. The spawn point in LS Customs likely has a chance to spawn a dubsta, which is higher if you're already in one. I'm not sure about the rules and mechanics of the spawning and whether or not it will always be a Chrome one with the additional features, but it will be a Dubsta of some sort at some point.

6:45 These are 2 different cars. The spare wheel is located in different places. Dubsta has 2 wheels on the left side. You found the wrong version, it rarely appears.

I'd like to say that the first truck can just be found on the streets. It's a bit on the rare end, but it spawns on the roads. as well as it can be stored in your garage.

2:45 this one and next one, players just parked their own cars in the garages. 5:59 so sometimes an upgraded car spawns in lsc (always in single player, rarely ever in multiplayer) and you don’t need to call Ms Baker, you just need a dubsta, to make algorithm spawn more dubstas. 8:42 again, random upgraded car, ai spawns them to “show off” los santos customs, you just need to be lucky to find it. 10:39 yes, it’s real, you can buy down town cab co. as a property in single player
