The thing I think about when it comes to SWK… a lot of people were doing home improvements diy projects when they were staying inside more 2020-2022… which in the future can happen again but if they’re done fixing up then they won’t need a repair for a while (considering they did it right lol)… the other thing is if they bought their tools and do continue repairs… you don’t exactly have to buy a new hammer every time

I noticed that when you talked about the dividend increases you highlighted the twenty year rate. Looking at the five year and one year the increase rates are considerably lower. Do you think the five year and one year give a better indication of where the increases will be in the up coming years? A lot can happen over twenty years to change that trajectory.

vici has better yield than all of them and better cagr then most of them... and i mean... if they kept increasing dividend throughout the pandemy where they were literally shutdown... what worse can happen to them? :D what do you think... i go pretty big into vici in last few weeks

Ari UNH was a powerhouse with low dividend yield it blew up so low dividend yield stocks don’t come with a guarantee. I’d rather hold a stock paying 2.4% or higher so when the stock implodes you get the dividend.
